目的 探讨正常妊娠不同时期胎盘组织中chemerin水平变化,及其与妊娠进展的关系。方法 选取妊娠早期孕妇20例,妊娠中期孕妇15例,妊娠晚期孕妇30例,采用免疫组织化学技术和实时定量PCR技术检测各妊娠组胎盘绒毛组织中chemerin水平。结果 chemerin阳性染色颗粒主要表达于胎盘组织中的合体滋养细胞及细胞滋养层细胞胞质中,各期均有不同程度的表达,妊娠晚期近临产组chemerin表达水平与早、中期妊娠组相比明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 chemerin可能在维持妊娠期间母胎免疫应答中起重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of chemerin in human placentas at different stages of normal gestation and its relationship with gestation. Methods The chemerin expression in the placentas on first trimester(n=20), second trimester (n=15) and third trimester (n=30) of normal pregnancy was determined by Real-time PCR and immuohistochimistry. Results Chemerin expression was observed in placentas during pregnancy,and was found in the cell cytoplasm of syncytiotrophoblast and cytotrophoblast. The expression of chemerin in placentas during second trimester of pregnancy was significantly higher (P〈0.05). Conclusion Chemerin may play an important role in regulating maternal-fetal immune response during pregnancy.
