在对光纤激光水听器技术和结构进行深入分析的基础上,设计了一种新型的双膜片结构DFB光纤激光水听器。运用有限元软件ANSYS对设计的水听器及组成部分进行优化仿真计算,得到了光纤激光水听器的声压灵敏度和固有频率与各部件参数的关系。最后,根据优化参数加工制作了双膜片DFB光纤激光水听器并进行了实验研究。
Based on the deep analysis of the technology and structure of fiber laser hydrophone, this paper de- signs a new type of distributed feedback (DFB) fiber laser hydrophone with dual-diaphragm. It uses the finite element software ANSYS optimize the design of the hydrophone and its components, obtains the relation be- tween the sound pressure sensitivity, natural frequency of the fiber laser hydrophone and the parameters of the components. At last, based on the optimized parameters, the paper produces a DFB fiber laser hydrophone with dual-diaphragm and carries on the experiment research.
