采用反相悬浮聚合法合成了PNIPAM和P(NIPAM—co—MAA)微凝胶,以这2种微凝胶为模板,制得了具有表面图案化结构的PNIPAM/CuS和P(NIPAM—co—MAA)/CuS有机-无机复合微球。结果表明:复合微球的表面形貌取决于微凝胶模板的性质和金属无机物的相对沉积量。微凝胶模板法为制备具有复杂形貌的有机-无机复合微球材料提供了一种新的途径。
Poly - N - isopropylacrylamide (PNIPAM) and poly ( N - isopropylacrylamide - co - methacrylic acid ) ( P (NIPAM -co- MAA ) ) micro- gels are prepared by using the inverse suspension polymerization method. PNIPAM/CuS and P( NIPAM- co- MAA)/CuS organic- inorganic composite micro- spheres with patterned surface structures are prepared by taking these two kinds of micro - gels as templates. The results show that the surface morphologies of the composite micro - spheres depend not only on the nature of the micro - gel templates, but also on the relative contents of the metal sulfide precipitated in the composites. This method provides a new way to prepare organic - inorganic composite micro - spheres with complex and regular surface structures.
