为了探索外施氮磷对海参养殖厂排放水中牟氏角毛藻和盐藻生长的影响,以揭示不同氮源及其用量和磷用量对上述两种海藻生长作用特征,评估海水养殖废水排放对海洋环境的效应,采用膜过滤海参养殖废水添加不同形态的氮源与磷进行两种海藻光照培养试验.结果表明:在海参养殖废水中添加NH4NO3和NaH2PO4,两种藻均能较快生长,在氮浓度为2.646mmol/L时生长最快,磷浓度为0.037mmol/L时生长最快;在此条件下,牟氏角毛藻藻体内的氯磷养分均高于盐藻,而盐藻蛋白质、多糖及总脂含量高于牟氏角毛藻,表明此条件适宜牟氏角毛藻生长,较易积累氯磷养分而不宜积累活性成分,而盐藻不适宜生长,却较易积累活性成分.牟氏角毛藻对养分的吸收固定能力大于盐藻.
Effects of the addition of nitrogen and phosphorus on growth and biochemical constituents in aquafarm wastewater were researched, different N and P resources and their consistence were studied. The results indicate that two kinds of algae grow well with the addition of NH4NO3 and NaH2PO4 in wastewater, and they grow fastest with the concentration of 2. 646 mmol/L for nitrogen and 0. 037 mmol/L for phosphorus. Under this culturing condition, the nitrogen and phosphorus contents in Chaetoceros mulleri are higher than those in Dunaliella salina, while the contents of protein, carbohydrate and total lipid are lower than those in Dunaliella salina. It is indicated that this condition fits for the development of Chaetoceros mulleri, which can easily accumulate the nutrients of nitrogen and phosphorus, but not active compositions. While it does not fit for the development of Dunaliella salina, and can easily accumulate active compositions.
