以La(NO3)3·6H2O为原料,碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,表面活性剂PEG作分散剂,采用撞击流反应器制备碳酸镧,经焙烧得到超细氧化镧粉体。研究了分散剂种类、分散剂加入量、反应物摩尔比n(NH4HCO3)/n(La2O3)、反应温度、反应时间、搅拌速度、焙烧温度和焙烧时间等因素对La2O3粒径的影响,从而得出优化工艺条件。采用W JL激光粒度仪监测氧化镧的粒径,并且通过热重(TG)、红外(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等表征手段对产品进行表征,结果表明,所得氧化镧为纺锤形超细粉体,颗粒大小均匀,粒径分布较窄。
The ultra -fine La203 powder was obtained by roasting the lanthanum carbonate, which was prepared in submerged circulation impinging stream reactor with La( NO3 )3 · 6H20 as raw material, NH4HCO3 as precipitant and surfactant as disperser. The effects of dispersant type and its consumption, concentration of reactants, reaction temperature and time, stirring velocity, roasting temperature and time of the prepared lanthanum carbonate on the particle size were investigated. The particle size of the product in ethanol solution was detected by WJL laser particle size instrument, and the properties of La203 were characterized by TG, IR, XRD and SEM. The results show that a kind of spindle La203 with average particle size and narrow size distribution can be obtained.
