为了控制和降低混凝土路面的噪声,对混凝土路面噪声分区和限值参考标准进行了研究。采用随车声强法(OBSI)对多条高速公路混凝土路面与部分沥青路面的噪声水平进行了测试;采用统计产品与服务解决方案软件(SPSS)对样本数据统计分析后,运用K-均值聚类及阈限分析方法,得到了各个混凝土路面噪声K-均值聚类中心终值和所属聚类。在此基础上,初步确定了混凝土路面噪声的分区范围并最终以中间聚类代表的混凝土路面噪声范围的95%分位值为基准,提出了混凝土路面噪声限值参考标准。研究结果表明:混凝土路面随车声强噪声范围可划分为3个区域,1区为低端容许区,OBSI噪声测试值低于100dB(A),多孔和露石等新型降噪混凝土路面的噪声值均在此区域;2区为中端控制区,OBSI噪声测试值介于100~106dB(A),纵向刻槽和部分横向刻槽混凝土路面的噪声均在此区域;3区为高端限值区,OBSI噪声测试值高于106dB(A),大部分横向刻槽和平整度差的混凝土路面的噪声分布在此区域。
In order to control and reduce the noise of concrete pavement,noise zoning and limit reference standard of concrete pavement were analyzed.Noise of the numerous highway concrete pavements and part of asphalt pavements was tested by the method of On-board Sound Intensity(OBSI).After statistical analysis of sample data using statistic products and service solution software(SPSS),K-means clustering final value and its cluster of each concrete pavement noise were calculated using K-means clustering and threshold analysis.On this basis,zoning range of concrete pavement noise was initially identified.And noise limit reference standard of concrete pavement was proposed based on 95% of median clustering of concrete pavement noise.The results show that on-board sound intensity range of concrete pavement can be divided into three regions.The first zone is low permissible noise zone,in which the OBSI noise value is below 100dB(A).The noises of the new porous and exposed concrete pavement are in this zone.The second zone is mid-controlled zone,in which the OBSI noise value is roughly between 100-106dB(A).The noises of longitudinal and part of transverse grooving concrete pavement are in this zone.The third zone is high-limit zone,in which the OBSI noise value is higher than 106dB(A).The zone includes the noise of most of transverse grooving and poor smooth concrete pavement.
