利用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)及OIM分析系统描述钛合金复合材料微观组织结构的金相形貌与晶体学取向,通过对复合材料微结构的模块化与可视化设计,模拟钛合金复合材料微观组织结构代表性体积单元.在此基础上,利用有限元法对钛合金微结构进行细观力学响应的数值计算,根据计算结果,识别"材料结构弱点",评估微裂纹的启裂、扩展,预测材料微结构内材料损伤后的性能,推演"微结构虚拟失效"行为.
