基于某三车道超近接公路隧道,建立三维有限元模型,研究了隧道施工过程的时空力学特性,提出了隧道开挖过程中近接隧道施工工作面的合理距离,并结合工程实测结果进行了验证。研究表明,隧道施工对工作面前约0.75倍隧道开挖跨度距离内的围岩影响较为显著,而对隧道工作面后约1.75倍隧道开挖跨度距离内的围岩影响相对较大,且其作用范围和程度随相邻隧道工作面间距的增大而逐渐减小;对大跨度超近接公路隧道工程,合理控制其施工工作面的间距极其重要,数值分析与现场监测均表明,两相邻隧道施工工作面的距离可取1.5倍左右隧道开挖跨度。
Based on the parallel three-lane tunnel with extra-close spacing, a 3D simulation model has been established. The construction time-space characteristic of tunnels has been studied, and the distance of tunnel construction faces has been put forward according to the field monitoring data. Research shows that the influence extent is quite significant at the range of 0. 75 times the tunnel excavation span in front of construction face during tunnel excavation, and 1.75 times the tunnel excavation span behind construction face. And the effect range and extent decreases with the increase of the distance between two tunnel construction faces. For the extra-close spacing tunnel with large excavation span, it's critical to keep a reasonable distance between two tunnel construction faces, and the appropriate distance is 1.5 times the tunnel excavation span.
