Solid oxide fuel cells(SOFC) are electrochemical reactors that can directly convert the chemical energy of a fuel gas into electrical energy.It has several advantages such as high energy conversion efficiency,wide applications to fuel.This paper reviews the properties and characteristics of SOFC on dielectric and electrode material,and addresses the progress of research on materials of anode and cathode.At the same time,the future research directions on SOFC also are expected.
