为提高电动汽车用铅酸蓄电池的充电效率,缩短充电时间,在分析快速脉冲充电的基本理论和动态模型基础上,设计了一种分阶段变电流的电动车辆用铅酸蓄电池快速充电器。该充电器采用了移相全桥软开关的主电路拓扑,具有较高的效率,而且电流、电压应力小,工作可靠。试验表明,与恒流恒压的充电方式比较,脉冲充电技术具有充电时间短,充电温升小的优点。因此在铅酸蓄电池中采用脉冲充电方式能有效缓解铅酸蓄电池的极化。理论和试验均验证了脉冲快速充电的可行性。
In order to improve the charging efficiency of lead-acid battery, shorten the charging time, a quick charger of the lead-acid battery for electric vehicles is designed to multistage current-adjusting mode on the basis of fast pulse charge theory and dynamic circuit model. Main circuit topology of phase full-bridge soft switch is applied to the charger. It has high efficiency, low voltage and amplifier stress and good reliability. Experimental results show pluse charge technology has shorter charging time, higher charging efficiency and lower temperature increasing during the charging process, comparing with constant current-constant voltage charging mode. As a result, pluse charge for lead-acid battery make the battery polarization reduce efficiently. Theory and experiment verify the method of fast pulse charge.
