自制DSP控制的开关电源系统,实现了方波、交变方波、双极性方波和直流四种模式,并应用于AZ91D镁合金的阳极氧化.采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究了氧化膜的形貌、成分和腐蚀性能,初步探明脉冲电源的占空比,频率和电压等参数对阳极氧化过程和氧化膜耐蚀性能的影响.
A pulse power source system was manufactured in the laroratory, which could output pulse with square wave, alternative square wave and ambipolar square wave as well as DC. With help of this pulse power source a smooth grey anodic film could be developed on AZ91 magnesium alloy. SEM, XRD, Tafel plot and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) were employed to examine the composition, surface morphology and corrosion resistance of the anodic film. The effect of duty cycle, frequency, voltage and treatment time on process of anodization and corrosion resistance was investigated.
