为评价湿法进料气化技术合成气冷却方式对制氢工艺性能的影响,建立了两种石油焦气化制氢方案的工艺流程,即:水焦浆+全激冷+高水气质量比变换(方案I)和水焦浆+辐射废锅+激冷+低水气质量比变换(方案Ⅱ),并对这两种石油焦气化制氢工艺进行了系统模拟。结果表明:两种方案副产蒸汽总量相当,但方案Ⅱ所产高品位蒸汽比例较大;方案Ⅱ的系统能量转换效率(74%)与方案I的系统能量转换效率(74%)相等,但[火用]效率(62%)高于方案I的[火用]效率(61%);从能量分析角度综合考虑,方案Ⅱ优于方案I,适合石油焦气化制氢。
In order to evaluate the effect of syngas cooling way of slurry feed gasification on the hydrogen production process, two processes of gasification for hydrogen with petcoke as the feedstock, petcoke water slurry+total quench+high mass ratio of water to dry gas (scheme I ) and petcoke water slurry+radiant syngas cooler+quench+low mass ratio of water to dry gas (scheme Ⅱ ), were developed and simulated. The results showed that the quantity of steam produced by the two schemes are basically equal, while the proportion of high quality steam produced by the scheme Ⅱ is higher. The energy conversion efficiency of scheme Ⅱ and scheme I are the same, which is 74%. The exergy efficiency of scheme Ⅱ (62%) is higher than that of scheme I (61%). Thus, scheme Ⅱ is better than scheme i and is more suitable for petcoke gasification for hydrogen in terms of energy analysis.
