目的探索高职院校护理专业校内实训基地职业化建设模式。方法通过查阅文献和访谈调研形成护理专业校内实训基地职业化建设实施方案，以我院护理专业校内实训基地为平台．通过实证研究探索护理专业校内实训基地职业化建设的路径。结果建成了职业化的护理医学基础实训中心和临床护理实训中心，实习医院对我院护理专业学生评价较高：2014年后护理专业学生护士资格证通过率均在98％以上。结论建设完成的校内实训基地为护理专业学生职业素养的提升与纵向知识体系的形成搭建了平台。

英文摘要：

Objective To explore the model of professional training center in higher vocational schools. Methods Through the literature review and interviews we developed the nursing school training center plan. We explored the path of building up the professional training center in the higher vocational nursing based on the experience of our own school. Results We finally built up a professional training center in our school. Those students who complet- ed the training in the center got higher evaluation by the hospitals where they practiced. The pass rate of nurse qualification examination was also high which was 98% after the year of 2014. Conclusion The professional train- ing center of nursing students provided a platform to improve the professional quality and knowledge.
