采用PCR结合变形梯度凝胶电泳(PCR-DGGE)技术,分析泉州东海海水养殖池基地新建虾池与一15年池龄虾池沉积物样品中细菌群落组成的变化.对DGGE图谱中的13条主要条带进行测序分析,结果表明,虾池环境中的主要微生物类群为γ-变形杆菌亚群(γ-proteobacteria,30.77%)、厚壁菌群(Firmicutes,15.38%)、δ-变形杆菌亚群(δ-proteobacteria,7.6%)、拟杆菌群(Bacteroidetes,7.6%)、绿弯菌群(Chloroflexi,7.6%),放线菌群(Actinobacteria,7.6%),未知菌群(Unknown environmental samples)占23.08%.
Biodiversity of bacteria in the sediment from a new and an old shrimp and crab mixed-cultured pond is studied by a combination of PCR and DGGE.Phylogenetic analysis shows that bacterial community composition of the sediment has a high diversity.The clones from DGGE profile fall into seven bacteria groups,including γ-proteobacteria(30.77%),Firmicutes(15.38%),δ-proteobacteria(7.6%),Bacteroidetes(7.6%),Chloroflexi(7.6%),Actinobacteria(7.6%).In addition,a part of Unknown environmental samples(23.08%) is detected.
