针对目前虚拟社区中信息知识、专业人才等虚拟资源没有得到充分利用，且用户特征研究不深入和维度单一化问题，本文研究用户专业度的概念和识别方法。论文首先提出面向在线社会支持社区的用户专业度识别框架；重点阐述了内容、网络和个体3类共10个特征指标，并进行标准量化；通过引入层次分析法（AHP）计算指标权重，得出用户专业度的综合评价值。实验证明，本方法的准确率达到了81．16％，具有一定的可行性。
英文摘要：
Aiming at the problems underutilized virtual resources such as information, knowledge and professionals in the virtual community, as well as the user characteristics research is not in depth and simplification, the concept and identification method of user professional degree were put forward first time. This paper proposes users professional degree identification framework of online social support community firstly. Secondly, 10 clients＇ professional characteristics from three categories like content, networks, and individual were studied in detail, and were standardized to quantifiable. At last, the comprehensive score of user professional degree could be calculated by solving the sort-order problem of evaluation indexes＇ priority with analytic hierarchy process （AHP）. The experimental results prove that the method is feasible ,and the accuracy of the method rate reached 81.16%.
