以两种油菜品种天油2号和陇油6号作为供试材料,研究这两种油菜叶片在盐胁迫下各个生理指标(叶绿素含量,MDA含量,脯氨酸含量,抗氧化酶活性等)的影响.结果显示在不同浓度的盐胁迫下,两种油菜叶片中叶绿素含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,MDA含量总体呈上升趋势,SOD、cAT和APx的活性呈先升高后下降的趋势,GPX的活性总体呈上升趋势,天油2号中游离脯氨酸含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,陇油6号中游离脯氨酸的含量总体呈上升趋势.结果表明不同浓度的盐胁迫会对两种油菜叶片细胞造成氧化损伤,通过对两种油莱叶片各生理指标测定值的分析,随着盐胁迫浓度的不断增大,陇油6号油菜表现出了更好的抗盐胁迫的能力.
In this article, two kinds of oilseed rape Tianyou 2 and Longyou 6 are used as the test material to study the influence of the physiological indicators (chlorophyll content, MDA content, free proline content and antioxidant enzyme activity, etc) under salt stress. The results show that: at different concentrations of salt stress, the chlorophyll content of two oilseed rape leaves is increasing, MDA content shows an overall upward trend, SOD, CAT and APX activity increasing first then show downward trend, GPX activity shows overall upward trend, the free proline content is increasing and then decreasing in Tianyou 2, free proline content in the Longyou 6 shows overall upward trend. The results shows that under different concentrations of salt stress that the two kinds of oilseed rape leaves will cause oxidative damage to cells, through the analysis of physiological parameters for the two oilseed rape leaves, it shows that with the increasing salt concentration that Longyou 6 shows a better ability to resist salt stress.
