基于高阶理论的视角,研究了创业团队成员人格特质与工作价值观,通过创业导向影响创业绩效的作用路径以及团队氛围对创业绩效影响过程中的调节作用。通过对86个创业团队样本的实证研究结果表明:大五人格特质以及工作价值观的不同维度对创业导向会产生不同的影响;创业导向对创业绩效有显著正向影响;创业导向分别在人格特质、工作价值观与创业绩效影响过程中扮演了部分中介功能;团队氛围在创业导向对创新绩效、经营成长绩效的影响过程中起调节作用。
The present study focuses on entrepreneurial teams and examines the mediating role of entrepreneurial orientation in the relationship among personality traits,working values and entrepreneurial performance,and team climate's moderating effects.Results from 86 entrepreneurial teams show that the dimensions of personality traits and working values have different effects on entrepreneurial orientation,which in turn has positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.Entrepreneurial orientation plays a partially mediating role in such relationship;and team climate moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance(i.e.,creative performance and growth performance).
