针对旋转机械往往存在振动过大的问题,提出了采用永久磁铁构成的变刚度机构实现转子系统抑振和吸振。首先应用电磁学理论推导了永磁变刚度机构的刚度公式并进行分析;其次将永磁变刚度机构应用于转子系统的振动抑制并进行了试验研究;最后设计了含永磁变刚度机构的旋转机械动力吸振器,并进行了转子一吸振器系统的动力学仿真和试验研究。结果表明,所提出的永磁变刚度机构具有非接触、刚度值大、容许相对位移大、线性度好等优点,且可以通过动静磁铁间距调整实现刚度变化;该机构对转子系统的振动抑制和吸振都有良好的效果。
A new type of stiffness varying mechanism is proposed and adopted to suppress and absorb the excessive vibration of rotor system. The stiffness of the permanent magnet stiffness varying mechanism is analyzed based on electromagnetic theory, and the characteristics of the stiffness are studied. Then the mechanism is adopted on the vibration suppression of the rotor system and experiments are carried out to verify the effect. At last a vibration absorber contains the permanent magnet stiffness varying mechanism is proposed and numerical simulation and experiments are carried out to test the effectiveness. The results show that the proposed permanent magnet stiffness varying mechanism has the advantages of non-contactless, large stiffness, large displacement tolerance and good linearity; it is effective in rotating machinery vibration suppression and vibration absorption.
