为量化评估客户协同的收益和风险,建立了客户协同的收益—风险评估模型,提出了模糊层次粗数分析方法,以解决评估过程中的模糊性和不确定性。该方法充分利用了模糊层次分析方法中层次化描述问题的优势,同时能够直接反映个体决策者的模糊偏好并综合体现所有决策者的感知。通过实证研究并与模糊层次分析法进行对比,说明了所提方法的合理性和可行性。
To evaluate the benefit and risk of customer collaboration quantitatively,a benefit-risk measurement model was established,and a method of fuzzy hierarchy rough number analysis was proposed to solve the fuzziness and uncertainty in measurement process.In this method,the advantage of hierarchical structure in fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was fully used to describe the problem,and the subjectivity and vagueness of one and more experts'preference were reflected directly.Through the case research and comparative analysis,the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed method were demonstrated.
