英文摘要：

The venture capital is highly volatile.This paper researches the possibility to include fluctuation research in the entrepreneurship theory in the view of opportunity.The result shows that there is a great possibility to include fluctuation research in the entrepreneurship theory.We think fluctuation research of venture capital is a branch of the entrepreneurial opportunity exploration theory which is related to venture capital.
