定子绕组改接可以在不改变供电电压的前提下,降低绕组相电压,提高轻载时感应电机的效率和功率因数。设计了1台380 V、3 k W、4极三相感应电动机样机,对不同绕组改接方式进行了仿真并将其与直接降压方式进行对比试验研究。结果表明:定子绕组改接方式实现的高效节能效果与直接降压方式基本相同;根据负载合理选择定子绕组接法,可达到较高的效率和功率因数。
The phase voltage of stator winding can be lowered by changing its connection mode to improve the efficiency and power factor of inductor motor under the same power supply voltage. A 3 k W 380 V four-polar three-phase induction motor prototype is designed and different stator winding connection modes are simulated. The results show that,compared to the direct voltage reduction method,the effect of high-efficiency energy saving is basically same while the efficiency and power factor are higher if the stator winding connection mode is selected rationally according to the load.
