Under open and equal network economy, the traditional management model of small and medium sized enterprises must be innovated. This paper discusses the characters of enterprises management under the network economy environment from three aspects including management concept, organization structure and operation management. It raises some management innovation measures and points out the problems existing in the management innovation process of small and medium sized enterprises.
