利用对多种植物病原菌具有强烈抑制作用的生防微生物玫瑰黄链霉菌Men—myco93—63的固、液发酵物,对设施番茄连作土壤进行修复,研究生防菌对土壤营养和土壤微生物的影响,及其对植株生长势的影响和对连作障碍的防效等。结果表明:生防菌固、液发酵物均能提高土壤肥力,其中玉米芯固体发酵物能够明显提高氮磷钾及有机质质量分数;施用生防菌剂后,土壤微生物总量由1.36×10^6cfu/g增加到3.748×10^6cfu/g,其中增加最明显的是细菌和放线菌;生防菌能够在连作土壤中定殖,能促进植株生长和番茄产量的提高,在温室和田间药效试验中对番茄连作障碍的防效分别为47.37%和46.75%。
In this study,Streptomyces roseoflavus Men-myco-93-63 which could inhibit many phytopathogens was used for repairing the tomato continuous cropping soil,and testing the effect on soil nutrients,microorganisms,tomato growth,and control effect of continuous cropping obstacles.The results showed that both of the fermentation broth and the solid ferment of the bio-agent could increase of fertility,and the solid ferment could remarkable increase mass fraction of N,P,K,and organic.After using bio-agent,the number of microorganism was raised from 1.36×10^6 cfu/g to 3.748×10^6 cfu/g,the quantity of bacteria and Actinomyces increased obviously.The bio-agent also promoted plant growth and improved its yield,the control effect on tomato continuous cropping obstacle were 47.37%and 46.75%respectively in the greenhouse and field.
