CO2体积分数变化对植物的生长发育具有重要影响.本文研究了CO2体积分数升高对西花蓟马主要寄主(三叶草、辣椒、茼蒿、玉米、康乃馨)种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:CO2体积分数升高后5种寄主植物的种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数均降低;其中降低率最多的是三叶草,而降低率最少的是康乃馨.除康乃馨外,其余4种植物的种子活力指数均随着CO2体积分数的升高而降低;其中三叶草的种子活力指数下降最多,为56.1%.康乃馨、辣椒、三叶草的根长均随CO2体积分数的升高而增加;其中康乃馨根长增加值最大,为66.5%.高体积分数CO2导致康乃馨的根冠比显著增加,而对其余4种植物影响不大.研究结果可为深入探讨CO2体积分数升高对不同生育期植物的影响积累资料,同时为CO2体积分数升高对西花蓟马取食行为的影响研究奠定理论基础.
Change of CO2 concentration has significant influence on plant physiological development.In the present study,the effect of two CO2 concentration conditions (400 μL/L and 800 μL/L) on the seed germination and seedling growth among five main host plants (Trifolium repens,Capsicum annuum,Chrysanthemum coronarium,Zea mays,Dianthus caryophyllus) of western flower thrip (Frankliniella occidentalis Pergande) were tested.The results revealed that the germination percentage,germination energy,germination index of these five host plants seeds all reduced along with atmospheric CO2 concentration elevated.The most reduction rate was found in T.repens,and the lowest reduction rate was D.caryophyllus.The seed vigor index of four plants degraded with atmospheric CO2 concentration rising except D.caryophyllus,and the peak reduction rate of seed vigor index was found in T.repens,which was up to 56.1%.The root length of D.caryophyllus,C.annuum,T.repens increased along with elevated atmospheric CO2 concentration,and the increasing rate of D.caryophyllus's root length was maximum (66.5%).The seedling root biomass/shoot biomass of the D.caryophyllus was significantly increased because of high CO2 concentration,but the root biomass/shoot biomass of other four plants seedling changed not significantly.The results would used to discuss the effect of CO2 concentration elevated on,and to research the feeding behavior of F.occidentalis under the rising atmospheric CO2 concentration.
