Property issues is a key problem which affects the health development of civilian-run colleges and universities in China. With the diversification of the subjects of running school and investment modes, the expansion of the quantity and investment scale, it＇ s more urgent and important to definite the property reasonably, understand the allocation mechanism of profit correctly, and rectify the positions and rights of different objects. It＇s expected to rectify the property problem of civilian-run college in China.
