河北省是农业大省,是华北地区的重要粮食生产基地。石津灌区是河北省重要的大型灌区,岗南水库、黄壁庄水库通过联合调度为石津灌区供水。分析了灌区1960-2011年期间农业用水的变化,可知地表水源供水呈逐渐减少的趋势,在地下水水源供水方面,近年来有缓慢增加的趋势。这体现了河北省的城镇化和工业化进程对农业用水的影响,既包括水库方面的因素,也有灌区自身的因素。介绍了石津灌区在农业用水保障方面的现状及经验,并提出了未来保障农业用水的相关措施建议。

英文摘要：

Hebei is a major agricultural province and also an important grain production base in North China.Shijin,an important large-scale irrigation district in Hebei Province,is supplied by Gangnan Reservoir and Huangbizhuang Reservoir jointly operation.It was known from changes in agricultural water use during 1960-2011 that surface water supply decreased while groundwater supply increased slowly in recent years.This reflects the impact of urbanization and industrialization（both reservoirs and the irrigation district itself）on agricultural water use in Hebei Province.The paper also analyzed the status quo and problems in agricultural water security of Shijin irrigation district and Hebei Province.Simultaneously,measures to safeguard agricultural water supply in the future days was put forward.
