Based on the dual-channel supply chain of traditional retail channel and direct internet channel, and the prevalence of consumers＇ behave of non-defective returns. Three consumer returns processing modes are considered： processing returns by manufacturer（M-code） or by the retailer（R-code）. Based on the stackelberg game theory, the optimal retailing price, the optimal online price and the optimal return price are analyzed, and compare the three consumer returns processing modes under the sensitive analysis of some parameter. And the improved revenue sharing contract can achieve the dual-channel supply chain coordination.
