The fieId activity rhythm of Chelonia presents the characteristics of differences and periodicity on time scale. Temperature, humidity, illumination, climate, age and gender affect the field activity rhythm of Chelonia to some extent. The research results of field activity rhythm of Chelonia are systematically sammarized on two different time scales, daily ac tivity and seasonal activity. Besides, dormancy is summarized briefly as a special seasonal activity, and its correlative effect factors are analysed and discussed.
