In order to resolve energy sources problems,the energy safety engineering research system contents, such as the security of regional energy development and consumption, rational energy structure and consumption overall arrangement, energy security strategy and relevant laws and regulations ,etc, are put forward. Through level-dividing research and circulation promotion, and the system researches on energy security strategy, energy safety technology , the ecological relation of energy , and safety economy of energy are carried out, offering academic support and scientific and technological guarantee for scientifically solving the energy safety problem and realizing sustainable development of the national and regional economy.
