同伴介入法是1979年由Strain和Odom等人发展起来的一种干预方法。它以行为主义心理学为理论基础,强调训练有社交能力的普通儿童,通过指导他们与自闭症儿童建立恰当的社交模式、强化自闭症儿童合适的社交行为来提高自闭症儿童的社交能力。大量实证研究结果已经表明,同伴介入法能有效提高自闭症儿童的社交能力。除此之外,同伴介入法的干预效果能够得到很好的维持,其干预情境可以得到泛化,应用也较为广泛。
The peer-mediated interventions were developed in 1979 by Strain and Odom. Based on behaviorism, this strategy of interventions emphasized that peers with normal social ability could be trained to increase ASD children' s social ability by means of building an appropriate social model between ASD children and their peers and reinforcing ASD children' s appropriate social behavior. Empirical studies show that this strategy of interventions can increase ASD children's social ability. In addition, its effect can be effectively maintained, and the intervention scenarios can be generalized to ensure that it can be widely used.
