概述了转子组合式强化传热装置的强化传热和自清洁原理,实验研究了阶梯对螺旋叶片转子强化传热性能的影响。实验结果表明,在相同的雷诺数条件下,内置阶梯型螺旋叶片转子换热管的努塞尔数及阻力系数较无阶梯的螺旋叶片转子分别高出了7.8%~13.1%和24.1%~33.8%,同时性能评价因子(PEC)明显高于无阶梯的螺旋叶片转子,从而验证了阶梯可明显提高螺旋叶片转子强化传热的综合性能。
The principles underlying the rotors-assembled device for heat transfer enhancement and automatic cleaning are introduced in this paper.Experiments were carried out in order to study the effect of incorporating ladders on heat transfer enhancement performance of helical blade rotors.The experimental results showed that the Nusselt number and friction factor of a tube with an inserted helical blade rotor with ladders were respectively 7.8%-13.1% and 24.1%-33.8% higher than the corresponding values for a tube with a helical blade rotor without ladders.Furthermore,the performance evaluation criteria(PEC) values for the helical blade rotor with ladders were higher than those for the helical blade rotor without ladders,which confirms that the ladders can enhance the heat transfer performance of a helical blade rotor.
