首先针对FAST工程促动器速度需求和受力情况,提出变频电机、蜗轮蜗杆、滚珠丝杠传动的促动器设计方案;然后在ADAMS中建立促动器虚拟样机模型,对其进行运动学及动力学仿真;最后,通过ADAMS和MATLAB搭建促动器的联合仿真系统对其进行性能测试。结果表明:促动器方案设计合理,促动器虚拟样机具有良好的动态响应特性和轨迹跟踪功能,可以满足FAST工程需求。
First,considering the working condition of actuator of radio telescope FAST's active reflector with velocity and driving force,an actuator transmission scheme of variable-frequency motor,worm gear and ball screw are proposed.Then,virtual prototype model of the actuator was built in ADAMS for its kinematics and dynamics simulation.Finally,through ADAMS and MATLAB,the coordinated simulation system of actuator was built and its performance testing was implemented.The result shows that actuator has preferable dynamics response characteristics and nicer locus-tracking ability,it can meet design requirement.
