在多喷嘴对置式气化炉热模实验平台上,利用内窥式工业电视、高温热偶和质谱仪等,研究了酒精发酵废液煤浆的气化特性.结果表明,酒精废液煤浆所形成的撞击火焰结构稳定,气化效果良好,随着氧煤比的增加,气化温度与合成气有效成分均相应升高.由此证明将酒精发酵废液与煤混合制浆气化是解决发酵废液污染排放的有效途径.
On hot-model experimental platform of opposed multi-burner gasifier, gasifica- tion characteristics of coal alcohol fermentation wastewater slurries were studied by using endo- scopic industrial TV, high temperature thermocouples, mass spectrograph. The results showed that the impinging flames generated by the coal wastewater slurries were stable and the gasifica- tion efficiency was well; the gasification temperature and available gas component increased cor- respondingly with increasing the ratio of oxygen to coal. Therefore, it has been proven that co- gasification of fermentation wastewater and coat is an effective method to solve the wastewater pollution.
