利用Moldflow软件对两种不同成分的聚对苯撑乙烯(PPV)材料的充填、翘曲过程进行了分析。研究表明,在给定的工艺参数下,不含玻璃纤维的PPV和质量分数为30%的玻璃纤维的PPV均可以充满型腔,质量分数为30%的玻璃纤维的PPV充填时间为1.982 s,翘曲变形量为0.5036 mm,不含玻璃纤维的PPV充填时间为2.532 s,翘曲变形量为0.9251 mm,这主要是由于玻璃纤维的存在能够增加熔体填充流道的速率以及减少流动方向上的翘曲变形量。
The poly-phenylene vinylene(PPV) and PPV with 30%glass fiber were selected to stimulate the filling,and warpage by using Moldflow software. The results show that under the predetermined processing parameters,PPV and PPV with 30%glass fiber can fill the cavity,the filling time of PPV with 30%glass fiber is 1.982 s and the warpage is 0.503 6 mm,but the filling time of PPV with no glass fiber is 2.532 s and warpage is 0.925 1 mm,the reason is that the existence of the glass fiber can increase the filling rate of the melt and decrease the warpage of flowing direction.
