环境因子及常用农药对玫烟色棒束孢SCAU-IFCF01孢子萌发的影响

研究了不同光周期、温度、初始pH值、高温胁迫、紫外线及田间常用的3种杀虫剂、3种杀菌剂和3种除草剂对玫烟色棒束孢SCAU-IFCF01孢子萌发的影响。结果表明:在全黑暗条件下,孢子萌发率达90%以上;在光暗交替条件下,随着光照时间的延长,孢子萌发率有增长的趋势;全光照条件下,孢子萌发率仅有50%左右。玫烟色棒束孢SCAU—IFCFOI孢子萌发的温度和pH范围均较广,其中最适温度为23℃~25℃,最佳初始pH值为5~8。经过50℃高温胁迫和短暂紫外线照射处理后,玫烟色棒束孢SCAU-IFCF01孢子的萌发均受到较大程度的抑制。在用九种农药处理后,发现其对该菌株孢子萌发均有不同程度的抑制作用,但其中苦参碱、硫酸链霉素和异嗯草松与玫烟色棒束孢SCAU—IFCF01的相容性较好。

Fungal strains with greater tolerance to adversities and common pesticides are more potential for commercial development and field application. It has been assayed that the conidia germination rates of Isaria fumosorosea SCAU-IFCF01 were affected by several pesticides and some environmental factors, such as photoperiod, temperature, initial pH value, heat stress, and short-time ultraviolet radiation. The results show that the conidia germination rates reached above 90% under the completely dark condition. Under the condition of inerval light, the conidia germination rates have a trend of growing with the lengthening of light application time. While under the totally light condition, only 50% conidia germination rates were observed. The conidia could germinated at a wide range of temperatures and initial pH values. The optimum temperature range (23 ℃ to 25 ℃) and the best initial pH range (5 to 8) have been determined. With the treatment of heat stress and short-time ultraviolet radiation, the conidia germination oflsariafumosorosea SCAU-IFCF01 has been suffered with strong inhibition. After being dealt with nine pesticides, the conidia germination of this strain showed inhibition in varying degrees. While the Matrine, Streptomycin sulfate and Clomazone exhibited the high compatibility with Isaria fumosorosea SCAU-IFCF01.
