针对岸边集装箱起重机视景仿真系统中虚拟车辆路径突变、拐弯不连贯的问题,基于Vega软件中路径和导航模块的应用原理,在Lynx界面中应用路径和导航模块创建集装箱运输车的虚拟路径。通过PathTool工具选用样条导航器、设定较小姿态平滑阈值和较小样条张力参数值来编辑集装箱运输车的虚拟路径,确保集装箱运输车自然流畅的运动。结合岸边集装箱起重机装卸集装箱工作循环的要求,在VC++中调用Vega路径导航库函数,模拟多辆集装箱运输车的连续运动,创建虚拟车辆复杂路径,解决视景仿真系统中虚拟车辆固定路径的弊端。
In terms of certain problems of sudden route change and inconsistent turning of virtual vehicles in visual simulation system of quayside container crane, the virtual route of the pallet carrier is built with the route and navigation module in Lynx interface based on the application principle of route and navigation module in Vega software. The parame- Lers for virtual route of the pallet carrier is edited in Path Tool by selecting the spline navigator, setting the small slide valve value and small spline tension in order to guarantee smooth movement of the pallet carrier. Considering the container han- dling cycle requirements of the quayside container crane, the functions in Vega route navigation library of VC + + is used to simulate the continuous movement of multiple pallet carriers, build the complex route for virtual vehicles, and resolve the drawbacks of fixed route of virtual vehicles in the visual simulation system.
