采用浸渍法制备活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸催化剂;以三羟甲基丙烷和油酸为原料,采用直接酯化法合成三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯,并探讨诸因素对酯化产率的影响. 实验结果表明:活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸催化剂对三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯的合成具有较高的催化活性,当催化剂质量分数为5%、酸醇摩尔比2.85 ∶ 1、反应温度140 ℃、反应时间2.5 h时,产物酯化率可高达98.44%,且催化剂重复使用5 次仍可保持较高活性.
The preparation of p-toluenesulfonic acid supported on activated carbon were investigated by impregnation method. Trimethylolpropane trioleate was synthesized with direct esterification method. The factors influencing the reaction were discussed. The experimental results showed that p-toluenesulfonic acid supported activated carbon exhibited high catalytic activity. When the amount of the catalyst was 5%, molar ratio of acid to alcohol was 2.85∶1, reaction temperature was 140℃, reaction time was 2.5 h, the esterification rate could reach 98.44%, and the catalyst could be used five times without significant declining of its catalytic activity.
