研究了超声雾化-ICP-AES测定植物样品中As、Pb、Se、Bi、Ge、Mo的方法。对样品的测定条件进行了优化。在选定的仪器工作参数下,加标回收率达到95.5%~103%,RSD均小于3%。
A method of determining 6 trace elements like As, Bi, Se etc. in plant samples by ultrasonic nebulization inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry is reported. This method is simple and rapid with lower detection limits than common aerosol generator. Testing results show that recoveries for the elements determined are 95.5% - 103%, and RSD is below 3%.
