互联网技术与医疗的融合促进了在线医疗行业的发展，在线医疗社区是在线社区在医疗健康服务领域的细化，用户参与互动并促进朋友关系的形成与演化。本文选择国内最大的糖尿病社区——甜蜜家园为研究对象，采用基于随机行动者模型的社会网络动态分析方法，探究用户个体属性和网络结构属性对用户朋友关系网络动态演化的影响，利用SIENA工具进行模型参数估计和显著性检验。研究结果表明：性别、年龄、疾病类型对用户朋友关系的形成有显著影响，性别相同、年龄相近、疾病类型相同的用户越容易成为朋友；用户的好友数越多、在线时间越长、活跃度越高越容易形成朋友关系；用户更倾向于与朋友的朋友建立朋友关系。本研究对探索在线社区用户行为的演化有重要意义，并且对制定医疗平台医疗健康信息服务的改进策略具有一定的参考价值。

英文摘要：

The integration of Intemet technology and medical industry has promoted the development of online med- ical industry. Online community is the refinement of online community in the field of health care services. In online health community, users can participate in interactive and promote the formation and evolution of the friendship be- tween users. This paper choose the largest diabetes community--＂Sweet Home＂ as the research object, using dynamic analysis method of social network which is based on stochastic actor-oriented models, to study the influence of the individual attributes and attributes of network structure on the dynamic evolution of users＇ friendship network. This paper uses SIENA to do model parameter estimation and statistical test. The result shows that： gender, age and the type of disease have significant influence on the formation of friendship, The users with the same gender, the more similar age and the same type of disease will be more easily to become friends; The larger number of the friends, the longer of users＇ online time and the larger number of participating in subjects can more easily lead to the formation of the friendship; Users are more willing to establish friendship with friends of friends. This study is valuable for the study of user behavior in online community and has a certain reference value for the improvement of the health information service of the medical platform strategy.
