GOU Liang, received his B.S and M.S degrees from PLA University of Science and Technology （PLAUST）, China in 2004 and 2008 respectively. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in PLAUST. His research interests are focused on satellite communications, deep space communications and network coding. He is currently a Professor in PLA University of Science and Technology（PLAUST）, China. His research interests include the design of communication systems, satellite and deep space communications. BIAN Dongming, received his Ph.D. degree from PLA University of Science and Technology （PLAUST）, China in 2004. lie is currently a Professor in PLAUST. His research interests mainly fall in the area of wireless communications, satellite communications and deep space communications. XUE Feng, received his B.S and M.S degrees from PLA University of Science and Technology （PLAUST）, China in 2004 and 2008 respectively. He is currently an engineer in No. 73602 of PLA. His primary re- search work and interests are in the area of wireless communications. HU Jing, received her B.S and M.S degrees from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China in 2003 and 2007 respectively. She is currently a Lecturer in PLA University of Science and Technology （PLAUST）, China, Her primary research work and interests are in the area of wireless communications, deep space communications and signal processing.
