为选择含高体积分数CO净化黄磷尾气变换制氢最佳工艺条件,对影响其变换率的反应温度、空速、汽气体积分数比、CO2体积分数几个主要因素进行了综合研究。采用均匀设计方法,以B112型高温变换催化剂为例,对含高体积分数CO净化黄磷尾气变换工艺条件进行了系统研究。研究结果表明:影响其变换效率的因素由大到小依次为反应温度、空速、汽气体积分数比、CO2体积分数;通过模型优化及实验验证,结合工业实际,得到优化的工艺条件为反应温度490℃,空速为1 000 h^-1,汽气体积分数比为2.5,CO2体积分数为1%,可得CO变换率为88.9%;回归方程模型高度显著可信。
For selecting the optimal conditions of shifting high volume fraction CO contained in the purified yellow phosphorus off-gas to hydrogen,the main factors affecting CO conversion rate such as reaction temperature,space velocity,volume fraction ratio of steam to gas and CO2 volume fraction were studied.Based on the uniform design and B112-type high-temperature shift catalyst,the optimal process of shifting high volume fraction CO in the purified yellow phosphorus off-gas to hydrogen was verified.The result shows that the factors affecting its conversion rate are in the following descending order: reaction temperature,space velocity,volume fraction ratio of steam to gas,and CO2 volume fraction.Through the model optimization and experimental verification,and integrating with the industrial practice,the highest yield of CO conversion efficiency can reach 88.9% under the following optimized process conditions: temperature 490 ℃,space velocity 1 000 h^-1,volume fraction ratio of steam to gas 2.5 and CO2 volume fraction 1%.The calculation results of the regression equation agree well with the experimental data,so the regression equation model is reliable.
