采用同步参数提取法设计了一款嵌套式缺陷开口环双通带滤波器。首先根据设计指标得到两个单通道的耦合系数与外部Q值,然后以嵌套式缺陷开口双环为基本谐振单元,E型枝节作为公共外部馈线,采用同步参数提取技术分别提取出双环的谐振频率、耦合系数和外部Q值,最后实例设计了2.65GHz/4.65GHz紧凑型双通带滤波器,中心插损小于1.5dB,回波损耗大于20dB。
A nested defected split-ring resonator(DSRR) dual-band filter based on synchronous parameter extraction technology is presented.Firstly,the coupling coefficients and external quality factors are obtained according to the filter specification,then making use of DSRRs as the double resonant units and E-shaped stubs as the common feed lines,the resonant frequency,coupled coefficients as well as external qualities of the nested double-rings are synchronous extracted and determined.Finally,a compact dual-band filter operating at 2.65GHz/4.65GHz is designed and fabricated,which has an insertion loss less than 1.5dB and a return loss larger than 20dB within two passbands.
