以猪的整个肌肉系统为试验对象,采用常规免疫组化法,用神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)和可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶(sGC)的α1及β1亚基的多抗检测心肌、平滑肌和不同部位的骨骼肌(膈肌、背最长肌和腰大肌),以进行nNOS、sGCα1及sGCβ1在整个肌肉系统中的分布定位。结果发现:nNOS在各类型肌肉中均有表达,但分布状态因肌肉类型不同而有差异;除心肌不表达sGCα1外,其他肌肉组织均表达,并且表达部位相似;sGCβ1在3种类型肌肉中表达均呈阳性,表达定位与sGCα1极为相似。
In the present study,immunohistochemical method was used to detect the localizations of neuron nitric oxide synthase(nNOS),soluble guanylyl cyclase alpha1(sGCα1)and soluble guanylyl cyclase beta1(sGCβ1)in all the muscle systems of pigs.The results indicated that the whole muscle systems of swine expressed nNOS,however,there existed the muscle types-dependent localizations.In the case of solube guanylyl cyclase,the cardiac muscle was the only type of muscle which did not express sGCα1 in pigs.All the detecte...
