当前全球金融危机对我国经济造成一定影响,求职就业问题因此愈发严峻,为社会各界广泛关注。同时,信息化和全球化的发展使工作更具流动性,组织边界愈加模糊,个体求职行为与求职结果开始受研究者关注。探讨了人力资本、社会资本、心理资本是否影响Social Job Hunter的求职结果,为求职者、就业指导机构展开工作提供一些思路。通过对陕西人才市场297名求职者的问卷调查发现:(1)人力资本(不同方面)对三个求职结果有显著影响;(2)社会资本对客观求职结果——面试和录用函数目、薪资水平有显著影响,对主观求职结果没有显著影响;(3)心理资本对主观的求职结果——工作满意度有显著的正向影响,而对客观观求职结果没有显著影响。

The research aims at exploring whether human capital, social capital psychological capital have effect on the social job hunter' job search outcomes, and supplying some thinking for the job hunter and employment guidance organization. Through the questionnaire investigation on 297 job hunters of Shanxi talent market, the following conclusions are discovered: (1) human capital (different aspects) has significant effect on the three job search outcomes; (2) social capital has significant effect on objective job search outcomes--the number of interview and employ letter, but no significant effect on subjective job search outcomes; (3) psychological capital has significant positive effect on subjective job search outcomes--job satisfaction, but no significant effect on objective job search outcomes.
