研究了铒掺杂80GeO2–20R2O(R=Li,Na,K)玻璃在980 nm激光器激发下的上转换发光性质。结果表明:玻璃发射出中心波长为525,546 nm绿光和657 nm红光,分别对应Er^3+的2↑H11/2→4↑I15/2,4↑S3/2→4↑I15/2和4↑F9/2→4↑I15/2的跃迁;红光和绿光的强度比例随着碱金属离子半径的增大而降低;随着Er2O3掺杂浓度的增加,红色和绿色上转换发光强度比例增大,玻璃的上转换发光颜色可通过碱金属离子半径和Er2O3掺杂浓度进行有效地调节。通过Judd–Ofelt理论计算对上述发光机理进行了分析。
Up-conversion luminescence properties of Er^3+-doped 80GeO2–20R2O(R = Li,Na and K) glasses were investigated at 980 nm excitation.Three up-converted bands originating from 2↑H11/2→4↑I15/2,4↑S3/2→4↑I15/2 and 4↑F9/2→4↑I15/2 transitions were found to be cen-tered at 525,546 and 657 nm,respectively.The ratio between green(525 and 546 nm) and red(657 nm) emission intensities decreased with increasing the radius of alkali ion or decreasing the Er2O3 concentration.The color of up-conversion luminescence was con-trolled by the radius of alkali ion or the Er2O3 content,the possible up-conversion luminescence mechanisms were also proposed based on the Judd–Ofelt theory.
