为解决传统机械传感器应用存在的诸多缺陷,针对永磁同步电机矢量控制系统,采用一种滑模观测器的无速度控制方法。该方法是通过测量永磁同步电机定子侧电流和端电压来计算出转子的实际位置,系统成本低、可靠性较高。根据滑模观测器原理,建立了基于滑模观测器的PMSM无速度传感器控制的系统模型。同时利用Matlab仿真工具建立无位置传感器的永磁同步电机仿真平台,仿真结果验证了滑模观测器法的有效性。
To solve many defects in the traditional mechanical sensor, this paper used a sliding-mode observ- er speed control method based on the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system. By meas- uring the current and voltage of the permanent magnet synchronous motor stator side, the method calculated the rotor position, the system was low cost and high reliability. According to the principle of sliding-mode observer, this paper established the speed sensorless control model of the system which based on the fuzzy sliding-mode observer. At the same time, set up sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor simulation platform with Matlab simulation tool, and the simulation results proved the effectiveness of the sliding-mode observer method.
