输水系统是非线性、长时滞的复杂多输入多输出系统,输水系统的控制效果与渠道的水力特性、节制闸和分水口的特性等因素密切相关。自上个世纪60年代以来,各国学者提出了多种渠道控制模型,在实际工程中应用的是一些相对比较简单的模型。由于渠道控制模型一般都是建立在某些假定的条件下得到的,其性能如何需要在物理模型或实际渠道中进行验证。因此,开发模型渠道的控制系统可以验证控制算法的合理性和鲁棒性、分析各渠池间的耦合特性、研究控制器参数的整定方法等。本文简要介绍了开发研制的模型渠道集中控制系统,该系统采用网络的方式将当地控制器与主控计算机连接起来,利用采集到的水位信息、闸门开度信息和分水口流量信息,通过比例积分控制器(PI控制器)实现了闸门的远距离集中控制。
Canal system is a long-delay nonlinear MIMO system and its control performance depends on its hydraulic behavior, check gates and offtakes. Several canal control models have been developed since 1960s, while the models adopted in real canal systems are very simple. Most control models are formulated under certain hypotheses and they should be tested and verified through study physical model test or prototype canal systems. Development of model control system is important to study rationality and robustness of control algorithms, canal pools coupling, and tuning method of controllers. This paper presents a central control system for a model canal. This system uses Ethernet cable and modem to connect local controllers with host computer, and its PI controller remotely control the check gates by sampling water level, gate opening and offtake's flow rate.
