利用溶剂热法以钛酸丁脂作为钛源,采用盐酸、氢氧化钠溶液调节体系的pH,在未进行水洗或者酸洗等后处理情况下制备出钛酸(H2Ti2O5·H2O)、钛酸钠(Na2Ti2O4(OH)2)纳米管。采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)和X-射线能谱(EDS)等测试手段对制备出的纳米材料的物性、形貌等进行表征,研究了钛酸、钛酸钠纳米管的形成条件。结果表明,当pH为8~9时产品为钛酸,当pH为12~13时产品为钛酸钠。讨论了纳米管的形成过程,认为反应首先生成钛酸、钛酸钠纳米片,在反应釜高温高压环境下,纳米片边缘相互作用力减小,为了保持结构的稳定性,边缘逐渐发生卷曲,进而形成钛酸或者钛酸钠纳米管。
Nanotubes of H2Ti2O5·H2O and Na2Ti2O4(OH)2 have been synthesized by a solvothermal method using tetrabutyl orthotitanate as titanium source with the pH being adjusted by addition of sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid solution, without any post-treatment with hydrochloric acid or water being required. The composition, morphology and structure of the samples were determined by XRD, HRTEM, TEM and EDS. When pH values of 8 - 9 were employed, H2Ti2O5·H2O was obtained whereas at pH 12 - 13, Na2Ti2O4 (OH)2 was formed. It is proposed that the process involves initial formation of a sheet-like structure, which curls into a tube-like structure under the high temperatures and pressures in the solvothermal system, resulting in the final nanotube structures.
