行政管理专业是一门交叉性较强的边缘学科,其人才培养目标之一应注重提高大学生的科研能力。淮海工学院行政管理专业办学历史较短,用于科研活动训练的客观条件尚不成熟,对此,应在建立健全科研制度的基础上,有计划地组织和吸收学生参与教师的科研项目研究,并注意加强学生的图书馆文献资料意识教育,适时地调整课程设置,努力改革教学方法和手段,以促进学生科研能力的提高。

Administration is a interdisciplinary subject,whose objective of talent training is to improve students＇ scientific research ability.The administration specialty of Huaihai Institute of Technology has been opened for a short span with inadequate conditions for scientific activities and training.It is suggested to involve the students in the teachers＇ research program and enhance their literature searching awareness,to adjust the curricular setting and reform the teaching methods and means,now that the system of scientific research has been established and improved.
