由典型案例,系统研究了企业衍生途径下影响FDI知识转移的主要因素及机理。研究发现:企业衍生途径实现FDI知识转移的条件是创业团队的共同愿景、“集体记忆”恢复以及对外资企业社会网络资源的继承等,遇到的障碍是后续发展中新老员工的地位冲突导致知识转移效率的下降和核心技术员工流失导致的知识转移终止。对案例进一步分析发现,通过企业衍生途径实现知识转移还需要具备天时(制度环境和产业环境)、地利(外资嵌入的产业集群)与人和(具有丰富外企工作经验的核心研发团队)。
This paper systematically studied the main influencing factors and mechanism of FDI knowledge transfer through analyzing the typical cases. The cases analysis results showed that the prerequisite of FDI knowledge transfer through enterprises derivatives are entrepreneurial teams' shared visions, "collective memory" recovery, social networks' inheritance of FDI enterprises, and etc. , The obstacles encountered are low efficiency of knowledge transfer led to the conflict between new and old employees and knowledge transfer termination caused by loss of core technical staff. Through cases analysis, we also found that knowledge transfer also needed favorable conditions on time (institutional and industry environment), geography (FDI embedded clusters) and people (core R & D team with extensive experience in the FDI enterprises).
